FAQ
FAQ
Which models can my key use?
That depends on the key's group. GET https://zzq.si/v1/models returns the models available to the current key, and the model catalog lists every model on the site.
What does `INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE` mean?
Your account balance is too low. Top up in the dashboard, or check whether the key has its own spend limit. See Errors.
Why am I getting 429?
A limit was hit: the account's concurrency limit, the key's 5-hour / 1-day / 7-day spend limit, or the key's total quota. See Limits & quotas.
Am I charged for failed requests?
Usage is recorded and billed only for requests that return successfully. When an upstream account fails and the request is automatically retried elsewhere, the failed attempt is not billed.
Is streaming supported?
Yes. Every chat endpoint accepts "stream": true and returns Server-Sent Events. See Streaming.
Can I use it in Claude Code, Codex or Cherry Studio?
Yes. The API Keys page generates ready-made configuration, and the docs cover each client.
Can I call the API directly from a web page?
We don't recommend it. Anyone who sees the key can spend your balance. Proxy requests through your own backend instead.
Is my data used to train models?
ZeroToken does not train models on your requests. How upstream model providers handle data is governed by their own policies. See Data & logging and the Privacy Policy.
